Mouth-filling, a touch away from dry, with ripe and concentrated fruit in the Marlborough style, but with a dash of lavender, tropical melon, canned pineapple and passion fruit.  Finishes with a lingering savoury crispness.

Retailing $14-$16.  Debuting with a silver medal (Air NZ and Bragato 2009) this is remarkable wine for virginal vines in a new area.
